Added inventory reliability tab (8862): View system reliability score, history and events
Ultra VNC support (7608): Added functionality to start a Ultra VNC connection to a remote computer. Settings for this is located under the "Remote" tab.
Performance tweak (8854): The performance of the device listing has been improved.

Bug fixes
.Csv file export (8670): A bug that occured in Chrome when exporting devices containing a '#' character was fixed.
Fixed bug (8576) where changing organization would not reset the page and still stay on the previously selected page/object.
Idle logout (8999): Users are no longer logged out when idle and having multiple tabs open on auto updated pages (such as edit computer or device list).

Ultra VNC support (7608): Endpoint for creating remote sessions using Ultra VNC. Creates a new instant task "StartUltraVNC" to signal the client.

New POST endpoints (8859, 8860) for reliability metrics and details.
Ultra VNC support (7608): Endpoints for getting remote sessions and settings, and for reporting that a computer has Ultra VNC installed.

Changed target framework for a JSON package (8748) that was causing error messages when calling API from SOS.

New functions
Reliability inventory (8860): The client service now controls the computer's reliability metrics and associated log data from 30 days back, and reports it to the client API.
Reliability value (8861): The current reliability/health index is now shown directly in the client.
A new button has been added that users can click to open Windows Reliability Monitor.
Ultra VNC support (7608): Ultra VNC will start upon request from an administrator. NetMQ is used to communicate this from the service to the tray client application.
Application support for logger (9165): The bundled Upkeeper.Client.Logger.exe now has a parameter -a or --applicationId that takes a guid string as input. This will store the log message connected to the given application.
