Certification program

As a part of upKeeper Solutions knowledge and support program you can take exams to proove your skills in mastering the products in different levels.

Servicedesk / Helpdesk Certification

If you are familiar with upKeeper Manager and are supporting device clients with the solution, this certification is for you. Your knowledge will be tested to verify that you have the knowledge to support your customers in a effective way using upKeeper Manager interface and integrations.

All information needed to pass the exam are available on this site.

This exam is free of charge and can be retaken if necessary two weeks after presented result.

Technical Certification

If you are familiar with deploying and manage client computers with upKeeper Manager and also creating new images and make application packages, this is a certifcation for you. Your knowledge will be tested to verify that you understand the different parts and can use them and troubleshoot if necessary.
