upKeeper Manager 6.0 includes new functions and bug fixes which are listed below. Installation files and tools can be found on our sftp site. Included in this article you can find pre-requirements and installation documentation.

New features
Rebuild Administration web interface
Administration web interface has be completely rebuilt on Microsoft Blazor and Microsoft .net 10. If you have used upKeeper Manager before you will recognize the structure and layout, but find that some new features and some features that have changed.
Control allowed task function
upKeeper Administrators of a upKeeper Manager site can control which task functions should be allow. By enable and disable function controls which type of tasks are available and which can be created. Default all functions are allowed included Signed script.
Custom tasks
When creating tasks you can decide if if should be available as a instant task and/or scheduled. Tasks allowed as instant tasks will be available in Instant task drop down in computer listing and on a single computer.
Signed script
Signed script is a new feature where you can create a task and include a signed powershell script file. Script file most be signed to be save. Computer clients most trust certificate used for signing script file. Self signed certificates ca be used but most be properly installed on computer client before script file can be used.
Administration usability
Last selected organization saved between login sessions on the same computer. Possibility to select display mode (dark mode / light mode).
Update features
Single Sign-On
Single sign on has been updated to support more configurations and their by more Identity Providers (IdP). User experience has improved and single sign-on configuration can be detected from the domain information in a email address.
User administration
User administration has been updated to simplify user administration. Function to copy user, add users to new organizations and add organizations to user has been added. Users on boarded thru single sign-on can be added or removed from roles and organization.
Dialogs
Dialogs has been rework to be easier to handle. Dialogs showing computers has be updated and search field can used for searching but also specifying a number of computers separated by a space character that should be selected.
Views
All views containing information that can be assumed to change frequently will update every 10 seconds. This includes Eventlog views which gives a more active logging experience.
